Join us at the Digital Beamforming Space-Borne Synthetic Aperture Radars Workshop. Dr. Srdjan Glisic will present the design of low noise converter MMIC chips for Ka- and X-bands for space-borne synthetic aperture radar . The state-of-art is shown as well as design implications related to the design for a radiation hard application with an antenna array. Comparison of the simulated and measured results will be presented and discussed, too.
