The TRA_120_012 is a variant of the TRA_120_002 with a greatly increased bandwidth of around 20 GHz.
The chip is still being improved, since there are still problems with temperature stability. Samples are availeble, in case you are interested in evaluation. There are Evaluation boards campatible with the SiRad Easy kit, too.
