Short Range Devices (SRD) as manufactored by Silicon Radar address a frequency range starting from below 10 GHz up to 300 GHz. Starting point for radar applications are the ISM frequency listed in https://siliconradar.com/wiki/ISM_Bands.

For detailed information on frequency allocation several standardisation bodies publish tables and overview documents in which all allocations and use case are listed.
