Head of Sales (f/m/d)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will explore Silicon Radar’s product and service portfolio extensively and apply modern methods to identify customer groups in a classic B2B environment
  • You are responsible for acquiring new customers both at home and abroad to successfully distribute Silicon Radar’s products and services
  • You and your team plan and manage the sales activities in your sales area independently
  • You coordinate an extensive network of international distribution partners
  • You undertake the preparation and calculation of budgets and offers in close cooperation with the technical departments
  • You coordinate – based on your strong communication skills – the technical content of the products with your customers, partners and the internal departments in detail; Here you are actively supported by the product management
  • With your structured approach, you define and design the processes of your team’s sales activities independently and on the basis of a modern Microsoft-compatible CRM tool
  • You keep an overview through competitive and market analyzes and support your colleagues in marketing with your expertise
  • You act confidently and convincingly in negotiating situations, both on site and directly at the customer

Required Skills:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering or equivalent and have several years of sales experience in the software or electronics industry
  • You are technology-aware and can be enthusiastic about innovative sensor technologies
  • You are experienced in handling all MS Office products as well as database supported ERP / CRM tools
  • Your way of working is characterized by a high service orientation and negotiating skills
  • You convince our customers in German, English or even another foreign language with their excellent knowledge and like to travel
